What are Hitachi’s key markets focuses and service range catered?

Since you are aware that we (Hitachi Systems Micro Clinic) are an End-To-End IT services & solution provider, our key market focus is to cater to the requirements of our customers and provide services & solutions that would meet their requirements and solving their complete T related business problems.

  • Professional Security Services

We are also bringing SOC and going to sell SIEM as a service.

How are services leveraged in India?

All our services are leveraged through our OEM vendors and this is done by our team of highly competent engineers. We work very closely with our OEM vendors to provide the best possible solutions to customers. We deliver our NOC services which cater 24*7 through our Yokohoma Data Centre and also introducing SOC services in Ahemdabad and offering security as a service.

India has come up with the Digital India plan. Is Hitachi looking forward for any participation in the same? If yes please mention.

Digital India is a big initiative along with smart cities taken by the Indian government. We at Hitachi System Micro Clinic are collaborating with all Hitachi group companies and working as one Hitachi to provide state of the art implementation and services for these projects in time to come. We aim at providing security services for the Digital India campaign. We are going to be the back-arm in providing IT services. We believe to become the security arm for Hitachi in providing IT requirements for digital India.

Are there any expansion plans?

We are currently present in 16 cities and 150+ service location across the country. We are expanding to more B and C cities. Also we have plans to expand our operations in the Middle East. In India we are looking at east and south to expand our business further.

Companies plan on extending to the cloud structure and its experience on becoming a conglomerate?

We are very strong on virtualization and working very closely with Iaas, PaaS and SaaS vendors. We have created a separate vertical for cloud services. We believe it is not just hosting and co-hosting customer’s infrastructure there, we want to build services around it and we would be ready in a quarter to go to the market.

The experience has been appreciable. Hitachi is a hugely professional company and everything here is ethical and systematic. We are learning the best of trade practices and teaching our employees how to get the business done in India so it is a two way role which is happening. We are completely interlinked with each other and work as 1 Hitachi.

Explain the offerings to the SMB's and its reach across the mid-sized businesses?

As a company SMB is a focus area for us. We have been catering to the SMB market for a long time now and hence we have developed services especially catering to the SMB market. We have launched desktop as a service which is a perfect fit for SMB customers because it provides data protection and a better TCO. Also providing, monitoring and maintenance services for IT infrastructure.

As Hitachi India has successfully completed its 25 years. What are the upcoming strategies to make the journey a grand success?

25 years is a big milestone and it has become possible only because of the people within the organization and outside. Our employees have contributed a lot in the growth of the organization. Our mantra is to keep doing what we have been doing right and keep doing what the customer wants and what the industry demands.
