One of the leading distributors of peripherals and systems in eastern India, Supertron positioned itself as a one-stop shop for all kind of hardware requirements. It was in this direction that the company took up the regional distributorship for LG for its monitors, CD-ROM drives and CD writers. It was also appointed as master distributor for Canon for its range of inkjet printers and scanners and started servicing Canon products last year.

Supertron, which has eight offices across the country, also launched its own brand of systems called 'Supercomp'. According to the company, last year it won major orders for Supercomp PCs from clients like CMC, Webel and BSNL among others.

A large share of its revenue came from the private sector. Segment-wise, it was the IT and telecom sectors that contributed majorly to the turnover. For the current fiscal, company aims to increase its focus on the government sector as well. It plans to add new products, expand the number of branches, and aims to achieve Rs 115 crore in revenues in the current fiscal.
