Acer India has launched its latest P4 processor-based PCs with double data
rate (DDR) support. DDR works with current P4 system based on the Intel 845D
chipset. The new option will be available on Veriton 7200D and AcerPower Sd
range of PCs.
The Veriton 7200D is a mini-tower computer offering a rich array of features.
It has a 400 MHz system bus, a SiS305 32 MB VRAM graphics card, and comes with
expandability options in HDD storage, optical devices, add-on cards and storage
bays. The PC also comes with a manageability software.
The AcerPower Sd is a P4 desktop solution. Based on the SiS 650 chipset, the
AcerPower Sd offers good features in terms of upgrdeability and expandability.
It has a Micro-ATX form factor mother-board with five bays and three PCI slots.
It also has multimedia ready ports and offers Ultra-AGP features. The AcerPower
Sd comes with a built-in 10/100 Wake on Lan Ethernet feature.
