Axis Communications honors its Partners at Axis Partner Summit 2015

Axis Communications recently conducted its annual Axis Partner Summit 2015 for its channel partners, industry experts and key customers in New Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore, to showcase its latest innovations in products and solutions. Company honored its top partners by giving them awards on the basis of their performance.

Axis Communications recently conducted its annual Axis Partner Summit 2015 for its channel partners, industry experts and key customers in New Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore, to showcase its latest innovations in products and solutions. Company honored its top partners by giving them awards on the basis of their performance.

16 channel partners were felicitated at the awards ceremony across 12 categories, with Anixter India Private Ltd taking the top award of ‘Distributor of the Year 2014’. Additionally, Tyco Fire & Security India , Nexgen Integrated Systems  and M K Infosystems were awarded the ‘System Integrator of the Year 2014’ for South, West and North region respectively.

Axis’ channel strategy is critical to its success and through various programs and training courses, it has been supporting its partners to ensure that end customers’ security installations are at the cutting edge of what’s available in the market.

Channel partners has always worked closely with the company as a team which provided Axis valuable insight into the needs and opportunities in individual markets to accomplish its target and reach to end customer segments.

Sudhindra also highlighted the importance of going beyond datasheets (comparing performances and not datasheets) along with growing its SMB focus and the rising need for video surveillance in India, especially in government, enterprise, hospitality and retail sectors.

Moreover, Axis Communications’ Academy also celebrated ten years of its training initiative which has helped more than 50,000 partners to strengthen their network video knowledge and offerings.

Since its inception in 2005, 696 people took part in classroom training. With its intensive decade participants are expected to exceed by 10,000 this year. In addition, almost 4,200 people globally had their network video knowledge validated through Axis’ global certification program, which was launched in 2011.
