Canon’s Multifunction MPC 400

Canon has recently announced the launch of its multi-function

device, the MPC 400. The new product prints at the rate of 17ppm in monochrome

and 12ppm in color. With a resolution of 2400 x 1200 dpi, the machine delivers

photo-quality color prints.

Moreover, MicroFine Droplet Technology makes possible ink

droplets as small as 5 pico liter. And this machine allows the user to print on

a wide variety of media-from transparencies to T-shirt transfers.

The MPC400 copies at 17ppm in monochrome and 10ppm in color.

The MPC400 comes with MultiPASS Suite 4.0, a user-friendly system that lets you

control the print, fax and scan functions from your desktop. Documents scanned

through MultiPASS Toolbar can be saved, edited or e-mailed.

Priced at Rs 31,500, the product is targeted at the SOHO and

SME market.
