Ramco Systems

Ramco Systems, a provider of adaptive enterprise solutions, announced a new customer acquisition with Safe Air, a wholly owned subsidiary of Air New Zealand, for a full suite implementation of Ramco Aviation Solution. This solution will replace multiple legacy systems and include pre-built functionality in maintenance, engineering, sales, materials, finance, HR and payroll and corporate performance management.

The solution will also address unique requirements such as Capacity Planning, Library Management and Quality Audit. The solution would streamline business processes across the organization and improve operational control through comprehensive financial and management reporting.

Announcing a significant partnership in the region, Chetan Pathak, Head - Sales & Marketing, India Operations, Ramco systems said, "We have partnered with AVIC-IT in order to expand our presence in the fast growing Aviation MRO Solutions market in China. This partnership would help us reach out to many more customers in that region."

On the global front, Ramco and Sabre have entered into a business alliance to sell Ramco's Aviation & MRO Solutions directly to the market and also offer them through Sabre's eMergo ASP business.

With a view to consolidate its presence in the Aviation MRO segment, Ramco has been constantly enhancing its product functionality. The latest enhancements are expected to be released in December 2005 and are focused mainly on sophisticated Line Planning features.
