Trend Micro, a leader in network antivirus and Internet content security
software and services, has signed an agreement with IT services major Accel
Frontline to offer technical helpdesk services for Trend Micro's Worry-Free
range of products targeted at small and medium businesses (SMBs) in India.
The helpdesk service will provide phone, email and onsite support during
business hours to all licensed small business customers and resellers. The
helpdesk will be supported by a toll free number 1800-425-009. Apart from
handling queries on product installation, configuration and functionality, the
helpdesk will provide product related technical help and also take reports of
any new threats that the customer may face.
Elaborating on this new initiative to provide an enhanced experience to SMB
customers and resellers, Niraj Kaushik, Country Manager, Trend Micro India &
