Digi-Link has rolled out its latest P800 series patch panels designed for augmented category 6 performance, for termination of horizontal and backbone cabling. This product range exceeds the latest Cat6A 10G standards by a comfortable margin.

A key component of this solution is the Digi-Link P800 10G Classic series of patch panels. They offer performance, ergonomics, economics and unparalleled signal integrity. The high level of signal integrity required for Cat6A 10G standards are achieved by minimizing noise disturbances, and incorporating new designs and features. The 10G keystone connector resists Alien Crosstalk (major concern of 10G technology) due to neighboring installations, and ensures smooth and uninterrupted flow of data to the workstation.

It is lightweight but sturdy, easy to mount, cable management enhances cable dressing, reduces stresses on otherwise bulky Cat6A cables as well as patch cords, provides performance and aesthetics of the cords in a telecom rack. The aluminum alloy die cast / engineering polymer cable manager is designed to bear the cable traffic without any hassles and also take care of the cable kinks at rear end during installations. The 10G Classics series patch panel feature standard compatibility and color-coded wiring labels, including applicable T568A/T568B wiring patterns for dual flexibility and fast, accurate termination. These 10G patch panels are fully compliant with published TIA/EIA 568B. 2-1(addendum10) Cat6A standards and exceed industry standard.
