In partnership with Israel-based Tadiran, CG Digital, the digital division of Crompton Greaves, has launched Voice over
Internet Protocol (VoIP) solutions based on Coral. The solution provides customization functionality
within an IP-based platform, integrated with advanced CT applications.
The solution enables networking of FlexiCom Corals over an IP net, connecting IP digital feature phones over the
LAN/WAN for a distributed operation, connecting an IP Key set over the Internet for a work-at-home
application. It also has some enhanced capabilities like directory and remote office.
Abras Burstyn, General Manager, Tadiran Telecom says, "The Coral FlexiCom series is VoIP, QSIG and ATM ready and is
one of the most advanced communication servers available in the market. The system is also enabled
for CLI on analog and digital extensions."

In the Rs 500 crore VoIP market, Crompton Greaves has seven percent market share and is expecting around 17 percent
within a span of two years after this tie-up. CG Digital provides communication solutions for small, medium
and large enterprises.
