Dell’s ‘New Horizons, No Limits’ conference reaches City of Nawabs

Lucknow that goes by the sobriquet of “City of Nawabs” recently witnessed the Dell business conference in collaboration with DQ Channels at the Hotel Gemini Continental on September 8 2016. “Dell: New Horizons, No Limits” business conference brought an insight about innovative products that provides future ready solutions to customers. A headcount of 59 partners from the landscapes of Lucknow, followed by Gonda and Kanpur IT market participated in the conference.

The conference was initiated with an opening address by Rajneesh De, Group Editor, CyberMedia, followed by Himanshu Mehta, RSM North, Dell. He explained Dell Distribution and delivery model and elobrated on Dell landscape plan for the Uttar Pradesh market.

Sankaralingam from Dell has briefed on the whole range of commercial product portfolio like their Client Solution, Mobility Solution, Latitude Portfolio, Desktop and Dell Precision Portfolio. Focusing on their enterprise product portfolio, he announced the launching of a new category in 3000 series in the coming month. Dell from its end is envisioning to augment its product portfolio in the 7000 series. He also explained the technical advantages and acmes of these products and focused on both stock and sell and back to back distribution models with his presentation.

In the third session of the conference, Namit Sood from Dell highlighted Dells’ future ready cloud solutions to Lucknow partners and also concluded that Dell is the only platform which provides complete solution to the customer. He explained the entire enterprise solution offerings- Servers, storage, networking, datacenters and the opportunities that follow. He also talked about Dell Channel Enabled Programs and Dell Support mechanism. Dell is also catering different services under ProSupport, a unique support system for customers; under which the client could procure priority support services for devices as well as customers and can also access configuration services straight from that of the factory to the customers.

Nandeesh Rai, Marketing Lead, Cloud client, Dell explained different partner schemes and incentives for Wyse Thin Client Solutions in his session. He also focused on the importance of cyber security and why Wyse Thin Client Solutions to counter Cyber Attacks.
