Doxis4Cloud Receives an A+ in Independent Web Security Tests

Doxis4Cloud has cleared web security tests for independent security companies Qualys SSL Labs and High-Tech Bridge with an A+. This showcases the advanced web security of any Doxis4Cloud solution and proven safety for customers storing content and data in the cloud or in hybrid mode.

Advanced web security tests confirm that Doxis4Cloud runs securely and is compliant with international web standards. Doxis4Cloud pertains the same strict security and safety needs to its cloud solution and on-premises installations.

Top grades in SSL security and HTTP web security

Qualys SSL Labs, a non-commercial SSL researcher, rates Doxis4Cloud A+ in their SSL assessment. Their approach includes the verification of the SSL certificate and the server configuration in three categories (protocol support, cypher support and resilience to protocol vulnerabilities).

It then applies a set of rules to examine additional server configuration aspects. SER scored 80 or more points out of 100 in all numerically measurable categories and did very well in the additional non-numerical aspects. In the verification of the certificate, Doxis4Cloud was even rated 100 out of 100.

While Qualys SSL Labs focuses on SSL security, High-Tech Bridge assesses HTTP web server security: security checks entail a detailed analysis of HTTP headers and methods along with an assessment of web application cookies.

All this is tested and analyzed in accordance with its impact on the web server and web applications security or privacy. In its recent test, SER's cloud solution received an A+, indicating a perfect score of 100.
