HCL Infosystems introduces digital mail processing systems

The Office Automation (OA) Division of HCL Infosystems Ltd has launched

OfficeRight, the digital mail finisher and PostPerfect, the digital franking

system from Pitney Bowes.

OfficeRight automates folding; insertion and sealing of mails to save on time

and cost, and can process 15 mails in 60 seconds.

OfficeRight can process large volumes or individual letters, depending on

user requirement. It can also fold and insert two separate A-4 sheets into a

standard DL mailing envelope.

PostPerfect, the digital mailing system is used to automate the process of

affixing stamps and sealing envelopes. It can also track and report postage

costs — by department, class, day or volume. PostPerfect has a built-in

security password to protect the postage investment and keeps unauthorized users

away.

PostPerfect can also be interfaced with any PC to enable the transfer of

accounting data to any Windows-based spreadsheet program. It also automatically

changes the date every day. The solution comprising of both OfficeRight and

PostPerfect is priced at Rs 5.75 lakh.
