HP launches photo quality printer

HP India announced the launch of its new hp deskjet 845c photo quality

printer. The printer has been designed to deliver photo-quality prints on a

variety of media and suited for regular printing jobs, both black and white as

well as color.

The 845c is a 600 x 600 dpi printer with a color resolution of upto 600 x

1200 on photo paper. It runs at 8 ppm for black and white and 5 ppm for color

prints. The printer also features HP’s PhotoREt II color layering technology

to deliver a combination of both high quality and speed. In addition HP’s

exclusive fast drying ink enables smudge free prints.

HP also offers a ‘unit level replacement’ warranty on the printer. In the

event of any defect during the warranty period of one year, HP will replace the

printer with a ‘new like’ printer. The printer is retailing at Rs 6,499.
