Panasonic launches its first Intel-Pro portable LCD projector

As a part of Panasonic India’s efforts in continuing to focus on product differentiation combined with developing innovative technological solutions, the company today introduced its new range of Portable LCD Projector VW350 series- PT-VW350, PT-VW355N and PT-VX425 which are a clear departure from the previous projectors mainly targeting lucrative verticals such as education and the corporate sector.

As a part of Panasonic India’s efforts in continuing to focus on product differentiation combined with developing innovative technological solutions, the company today introduced its new range of Portable LCD Projector VW350 series- PT-VW350, PT-VW355N and PT-VX425 which are a clear departure from the previous projectors mainly targeting lucrative verticals such as education and the corporate sector.

The new projectors are supported by Intel Pro WiDi thereby enabling wireless technology with enhanced security and improved usability. In order to support the fast moving wireless trend in the market, Panasonic’s wireless technology also allows multi device projection mainly supporting Windows/ Mac and iOS/ Android operating system. The new LCD projectors are also the smallest and lightest in the 4,000 Im (Lumen) brightness class category. All models include an HDMI input, monitor out, and two D-sub inputs as well as an inbuilt 10W speaker. Network variants allow the addition of a memory viewer for easy media display via a USB memory stick.

Additionally, with the use of an original Panasonic iOS, Android, and PC wireless application software, screen projection from multiple PCs (up to 16 units*4) and simultaneous wireless transmission from one PC to multiple projectors are possible. These screen sharing functions promote efficiency in participatory meetings and group study. These projectors also deliver long-lasting images with a maximum of 7,000 hours lamp and filter replacement cycle. These projectors are not only easy to install but can also be maintained effortlessly.

From wireless connectivity to light processing improvements, the new LCD projectors do not only incorporate new technological advancements but also enable easy maintenance and enhanced installation efficiency.

The VW350 series is flexible to fit in almost any room size, with a 1.6x zoom lens and vertical, horizontal, and corner keystone correction. They have the best contrast ratio of 12,000: 1*6 in its class due to adoption of a newly designed iris. Also, the wireless models carry easy setting function for quicker and easier setup, so presentations can start instantly.
