Manisha in her capacity as director, distribution strategy ,will focus on the most crucial part of breadth partner-Ecosystem which is distributor transformation under which she will be working to develop the distribution of an entirely new category of Partner THE CLOUD SERVICE DISTRIBUTOR also focus on Geo Expansion Strategy for tier 2 and tier 3 Cities across India as Microsoft accelerates its pace of customer acquisition in these geographies.

Nayar is an accomplished professional with deep hands-on experience in strategy development, channel management, large account management, and software sales.  He has built a strong track record of success working with partners in India over his 23 year career at Fujitsu ICIM, Microland, Computer Associates, Sun Microsystems, and Avaya.

Over the last two years in his stint at Microsoft, Sudhir has helped rapidly transform the LSP ecosystem and built the capabilities of our depth partner management team. The impact he has helped drive in the partner ecosystem in this role and others has been substantial.

Sudhir’s strong breadth and depth channel experience and strong partner management capabilities will help SMB continue its growth trajectory in the years ahead.
