Nowadays it’s really common to meet people on social media and find your love interest in them, but if one meets on Twitter, falls in love and then get married at a gorgeous Twitter-themed wedding is what really surprises people and is something strange but at the same time sounds like a dream.
This is a story of an Atlanta couple Anuj Patel and Sumita Dalmia who met on Twitter back in 2013.
This was their first conversation.
This tweet exchange soon turned into DMs, and then emails, texts and phone calls. After a month of being socially connected, they decided to meet at a food truck park, became friends and a year later, they started dating.
Their love story is more millennial than the word itself but their wedding is going to have birds circling around your head.

Their social-connect comprised a big portion of the reason they were together, hence, Anuj, proposed to Sumita by organising a Twitter-themed scavenger hunt that led her to various meaningful locations around Atlanta, where a friend would be waiting for another clue.

But what was even more exciting was their Twitter-themed wedding which was a cherry on their Twitter cake. This, they thought, was the best way to tell their story to the guests who were going to come and attend their wedding.
Their wedding guests received this wonderful invite which combined the millennial things with an ethnic touch to it.
Some more Twitter-themed cards:
A cage for the Twitter bird? The details that they put together were rather astounding.
The menu studded some more tweets to their wonderful story.
And these bird cookies which are almost too adorable to eat.
Even the hotel key cards had a picture of the couple with the blue bird on their T-shirt.
