Life is NOW

Shimona’s philosophy for life is to go for bigger goals. In her own words, “Always try for a very big goal, even if you fail it is worth it. Life is in NOW, neither past nor future, it’s NOW!!!”

It’s about ideas

IT field fascinates her because of new ideas and that’s why she joined IT field. “I love creativity and innovation. Marketing offers me creativity and IT offers innovation. So that’s what I call motivating and fascinating factor for me and I joined Enjay IT Solutions.”

RoE drives

Strategy and work comes handy when one knows where to make efforts. As a young professional she knows her audience target. “It’s actually a part of sales training done at Enjay. We understand our audience (our potential customers), understand our products, and then decide what goes into marketing strategies. In fact sales training / exercise done at Enjay are one of the best and most effective. At Enjay, we follow path which gives highest Return on Efforts (RoE).” She said.

World is no barrier

Being a woman in workplace is sometimes tough, but not always. Shimona feels, “Nothing at Enjay, it’s a very live and innovative environment. But yes on Social Media, I sometimes come across people who behave in unprofessional way. But otherwise I feel that hard work and intelligence is respected equally without any influence of gender.”

It is just a beginning; Shimona is aiming high to achieve something innovative out of life. Focus is important in life to achieve success. “My boss’s golden words are – Be in present and give your 100% to what you do. I try to follow his advice.”

She then cheerfully adds, “May be next year I will be able to give my achievements. By the way, I am about to launch my first blog called www.crmsoftwaretips.com.” She broke the news to us.

​"I have been a single child; dad used to do a job in private company and my mother is a housewife. I love reading books, listening to music and long walks!!!" What else she love, of course her work. “Chance to do what you love, being creative and innovative both at the same time. I feel I am lucky to be at Enjay, where you get a chance to select your own ways.” she said.

Wake up at: ​5:15 am

Morning activities: ​Yoga, reading, creative thinking or writing articles/contents (occasionally checking emails)

Raches office at: ​I reach office at 9:30 am

1st half in office: ​Checking out how our Marketing team is performing and also analyzing what is our Sales team's feedback regarding the market. Also, have meetings with Product team to understand what they are developing or planning to develop.

Post lunch:  ​Meeting with end-customers to discuss their feedback and meeting with Sales team to discuss customer journey and effectiveness of our lead generation process.

How you spend your evenings: ​Mostly with family, nothing special. Regular reading. Occasionally watch TV (only comedy and music shows)

Sleep time: 11.00 pm
