A Woman Executive Needs to be an All-rounder in Life : Sakshi Tulsian

Sakshi Tulsian Co-Founder, COO POSist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The challenges of being a woman executive in a top role : Toughest part being a women executive in a top role though is the fact that you need to be an all-rounder in all the dimensions of life and not only in business. i will not say that men live in one dimension only and don't really bother about personal life but they can always wash their hands off certain responsibilities at home and catch a break as its socially acceptable, a woman on the other hand can't do that at times no matter how liberal people around you are.

Working in Male-dominated field of IT

Its Male dominated because Males have been taking more initiatives but that definitely doesn't mean its prohibitive or restrictive for females. Infact its very much welcoming in case as a female you take up things and deliver on them.
