Acer rains gold coins and watches this Diwali

Bengaluru: Acer concluded three-day mega reward event for its channel partners, to acknowledge their exemplary performance during the month of September. The Shubha-Lakshmi scheme, part of Acer’s ongoing partner appreciation initiatives across the country in partnership with Microsoft, proved to be extremely successful. The company will be conducting reward distribution events across 12 cities in India, to felicitate its star channel partners, by gifting gold coins and watches.

This channel event, with a 'difference’ had various stalls to entertain the family members of the company’s channel partners. This novel event held in Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Pune, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Cochin, Nagpur, Guwahati conveys the company’s belief that family encouragement and support is the backbone of success in any form of business.

“September 2009 has been the best month ever, since Acer began operations in India 10 years back. We are sure all our partners will be as excited in joining us for this felicitation ceremony as we are in conducting it. This gesture reinforces Acer’s commitment to sustaining a rewarding relationship with our channel partners. All partners receiving rewards are from our retail channel community who have played a pivotal role in promoting genuine Microsoft OS on the Acer Hardware platform,” said WS Mukund, MD, Acer India.
