“We plan to deliver useful information to our customers. This product will store information about railway stations, hotels, shopping malls, entertainment spots, hospitals and bank-ATM points. This would be a complete navigation system-helping our customers to navigate through different lanes and roads of the city,” informed, AM
Lalljee, Director, Aerial Services.

While going from one destination to another, one just needs to feed in the details and the device will take over from there. A voice modulator guides the vehicle announcing every turn, advising the distance before a turn. The device also flashes a visual display of the map and guides the viewer.

The company is planning to sell different flavors-street pilot 2610, GPS map276C, GPS 320C - of the product within a price band of Rs 20,000 to Rs 60,000. This would be sold with the help of its existing dealer network of 50 dealers spread all across the country. Moving forward, the company is planning to introduce Garmin's vehicle tracking system in the Indian market as well.
