What motivated you to come into the field of technology?

In this new era, technology is everywhere. Tech enables one to reach out beyond boundaries and creates solutions to problems that could never be thought of. Being a people leader for over 17 years, one thing that I kept noticing was how areas like marketing, finance and sales advanced in tech, but when it came to creating tech for employees or HR tech, there were only transactional style of tools that kept developing. For organisations, while majority cost on a P&L statement would be of manpower but not enough was done to understand people's perspective. Employee experience was left to be understood through past experience and annual surveys, which never allowed real-time insights and therefore you only saw numbers in attrition and drop outs, without really knowing the reason for it.  This led us to develop Personifwy, an AI-ML enabled real-time people experience tool that helps draw continuous workforce feedback through the entire employee lifecycle from hire to retire. The platform offers leaders to find quick and easy solutions to impact business. Our customers with Personifwy today are able to interpret their people data easily, with quick and real-time interventions to support organizational growth.

What challenges do you face in your job roles? How do you resolve these challenges?

Every customer of ours wants to resolve a specific need for their organisation. We take it up as an opportunity rather than a challenge to customise our solution to best suit the organisation. Our platform has the ease of use and easy integration with a varied set of transactional systems, so leaders get the ability to draw out analytics in real-time and action the key action areas instantly.

What has been the % of revenue growth of your organisation in 2021? How much % was it higher or lower than in 2020?

Our product was launched in 2021 and within 9 months of the launch we had more than 10000+ users using Personifwy regularly. Our revenue stream started in December 2021 and we are already doing USD 3k MRR and looking at growing upto 10K MRR soon.

What % of revenue growth came from Smart Tech domains - IoT, AI-ML, Deep Learning etc? Which particular Smart Tech domain?

Our platform is an AI analytics engine and therefore we can say 99% of our income is churned through AI-ML and Deep Learning.

Have you helped any MSMEs in the IT sector to grow in business? How many in the metro cities and how many in the non-metros?

As part of our product we have multiple partnerships with MSMEs to offer their products to our customers especially in the field of workforce enablement like coaching, mentoring, partners in physical, mental and financial well being. For our own business development needs we use multiple MSMEs to help us with our product development, financials, legal and Sales. If I see, we have more than 10 partners in MSMEs and constantly adding out of which 40% would be in non-metros and 60% in metros.
