AIT Bengaluru marks its 25th Anniversary, organised a grand event

Association for Information Technology – Bengaluru, popularly known as AIT Bangalore has celebrated its 25th Silver Jubilee Anniversary on May 15, 2022, at Miraya Greens Resort Bangalore. Attended by 550+ members and their families, members gathered to interact and collaborate in exchanging technology and business knowledge with sponsoring vendors along with fun activities, games and lots of prizes for their family members.

Expressing gratitude to all the stakeholders who had contributed to the AIT’s remarkable growth journey of 25 years, Sunil Kukreja, President, AIT said, “We actually wanted to have a family get together for our members. Due to the pandemic, we could not meet for two years and this was a wonderful opportunity to get them here on 25th Year Anniversary of AIT”.

Founded in 1996, AIT today is one of the most successful trade bodies in the country. AIT committee members also facilitated past Presidents to express gratitude for their contribution to the journey of the association. “We had grown from scratch to till today. Today, we have 398 active members and added 50 life members in the last 10 days. Our past presidents have worked really hard and put lots of efforts to address Tax issues, society act issues, GST and etc”, Sunil Kukreja added.

The event started with the traditional lamp lighting by the Past presidents and executive committee members followed by sessions from the sponsors such as Micron, Samsung, Fujifilm, APC, Patriot etc.  There were lots of fun activities for members and their families like dance, singing, fun games, fashion shows etc to grace the celebration.

Talking about the future vision of AIT, Satish Rao, Secretary, AIT said, AIT wants to solve all the problems of our members like online issues, Govt. issues of GST and taxes etc. We don’t want our members to face any challenges to run their businesses. We keep organizing webinars to educate our members with face to face meetings with GST officials to solve their problems and in the future, we will continue to do it so as to take AIT to new heights.
