Based at Aladdin's headquarters in Israel, the Attack Intelligence Research
Center is comprised of global security researchers and law enforcement and
cybercrime specialists dedicated to delivering security data and intelligence
that educates, supports and strengthens the security community, and drives
innovation in Aladdin's content security solutions.

Spearheaded by forensic web specialist Ian Amit, Director-Security
Research, Aladdin Knowledge Systems, the center steps beyond traditional threat
detection to provide business intelligence surrounding evolving threats, predict
future trends in Internet security, and uncover the inner workings and affects
of the business of e-Crime. The findings enable organizations to implement best
practices and build corporate policy to protect against zero-hour and future
Internet threats that compromise legitimate business safety.

"Discovering malware is only half the battle-our mission is to go beyond
threat detection and malicious code to identify where the threat came from, who
is benefiting from it, and how threats ultimately affect real organizations
today and in the future," said Amit. "It is only through the understanding of
how these threats are developed and delivered that we can protect our businesses
today, and become educated and better prepared for tomorrow."

The center will publish a semi-annual security trend report that not only
recapitulates the web threats of the previous six months, but also uses these
findings to summarize trends in cybercrime and predict threats that will affect
businesses in the next six months. Amit will also recommend proactive actions
organizations can take to protect against attacks. The Attack Intelligence
Research Center will consistently deliver a 24x7 threat research, monthly threat
forecasts, technical blogs, regular security updates, opt-in e-mail/SMS
notifications and emergency support.
