Resilience Corporation specializes in high availability appliances for medium and large corporate networks. All Resilience appliances are secured by Checkpoint Firewall.

Resilience is the only Secured by Check Point partner to incorporate unique integrated high availability technology directly into their appliances. Building on a successful five-year partnership with Check Point, Resilience has produced the high performance DX4000 family of VPN/Firewall appliances. Working closely with Check Point to rigorously test, tune and optimize the DX4000 has resulted in a plug-and-protect security platform that addresses a range of requirements across the enterprise. It is simple to install, deploy and manage. DX4000 appliances come pre-installed with Check Point NG software. Check Point VPN-1/FireWall-1, Policy Server, FloodGate-1, Performance Pack, and Cluster XL are ready to license. The RMA process of sourcing and support these appliances is being done by AlliedCNT Solutions.

No other vendor offers any one of these technologies, because every other firewall high availability architecture is only a cluster.

After a firewall failure, one can replace and synchronize a failed HA module in 90 seconds, without IT staff. Any other product requires restoring clustered firewall devices, which is a complex, manual task. Customers can now use the same equipment when upgrading performance (Mbps) and availability. No other security vendor does this.

Most organizations do not need stateful failover, and in this situation, Resilience offer a new, low price point for HA with it´s automatic non-stateful failover that requires only one Check Point license-in the DX4500 series. Its architecture enables lower cost per firewall Mbps in the performance range 600Mbps to 1.5Gbps.

Every model comes with four slots for NIC´s, and every one can be fitted with a 10/100 FE 6-port card, so customers can now have up to 24 ports on a Resilience device. It also monitors the system at every level from hardware to administration/ configuration. So one achieves higher availability with Resilience since the complete system is in real-time synchronization with the redundant appliance. It can be upgraded in two dimensions: (1) Throughput in Mbps and (2) Availability - from single module initially purchased, to dual module hot-standby, and then to automatic failover and failback
