AMS Impex is planning to reduce the time for its after-sales service.

Mumbai-based touch screen component importer AMS Impex is planning to reduce the time for its after-sales service. In a new move, it is planning to have service alliances with partners across the four metros.



Talking about this new initiative, AS Daryanani, CEO, AMS Impex said, “We have our customer base across the country. We want to deploy faster after-sales service to our customers and hence we have plans of tying up with partners across the country. To start with, we are planning to have alliance with partners in the four metros. Our service engineers will be available in each such branch and thus we would be able to deliver a better after sales service.”



In another move, AMS is also planning to set up its own factory for manufacturing touch screen components at Mumbai. When asked about the future projection behind opening the factory, Daryanani said, “Right now, we have a warehouse at Panvel and we are setting up our own manufacturing unit at Mumbai.”



With the set up of this new factory, AMS also plans to extend the export of its products. Daryanani said, “Right now, we are already exporting our products to some countries. With our new manufacturing unit at India, we can export our products to more countries.”
