Avnet to distribute HP server, storage solutions

New Delhi: HP India and Avnet Technology Solutions India have entered into an agreement for distribution of HP's complete server and storage range. Avnet Technology Solutions will focus on distributing HP's server and storage solutions, including its industry standard servers, business critical servers and those from its StorageWorks Division. The agreement with HP India will increase the reach and expertise of HP solutions in the India business partner community.

Commenting on the partnership, Sameer Mathur, Head-Solutions Partners Organization, HP India, said, “This is a part of HP's ongoing endeavor to provide the technologically best and most cost-efficient solutions to our customers across the country through our strong distribution network.”

Avnet will leverage its comprehensive range of value-added services to deliver solutions that accelerate business growth. For example, Avnet will utilize its demand creation, technical, sales, financial and logistical programs to support HP solutions and drive increased sales for the business partner community.
