Chennai-based IT firm, Bahwan CyberTek (BCT), part of the Suhail Bahwan Group, has unveiled its new Business Process Management System (BPMS) - Cuecent BPMS. The system is a graphical process model designed to integrate existing technologies with alert Business Activity Monitoring (BAM).
Speaking on the launch, BCT President, SV Sriram said, "BPMS is a unique zero-coding-based development environment in a user-friendly language and capable of delivering highly customized end-to-end process management solutions in real time enterprise, which would cut down both cost and time."
According to BCT CEO, S Durgaprasad, this product can be integrated into the existing business model. It will help companies transform with speed and enhance the return on investment considerably by providing real-time value-added solutions.
This product is being used in Oman and seen a successful implementation in Bank Muscat, Oman. "Though a first-time Indian player in this field, this product is also being used by some of the leading enterprises in USA and we hope to slowly launch it in other countries too," he added.
Available as packaged product, the product price ranges from Rs 20 lakh to Rs one crore, depending on the number of users. "As far as SMEs are concerned, BCT would serve as a service partner. SMEs can outsource their development work and the whole process will be developed and installed as a single service which might cut down costs," Durgaprasad said.
