Allied Digital, a leading systems integrator & IT infrastructure management services provider with over two decades of experience in technology services, has recently declared that Bennett, Coleman & Co has picked up a 5% equity stake in the company. Mumbai-based financial consultants, Blend Financial Services, acted as advisers for the deal.
