'Beats the Heat' with its retail boxes

Symantec has announced a new scheme for its retail channel partners titled "Symantec Beat the Heat with Cool Offers".



This scheme enables Symantec retail partners to earn points on the purchase of its retail boxes, which can be accumulated to redeem attractive gifts such as a Sony projection TV, Sony Wega television sets, Shoppers Stop gift vouchers, Sony VAIO laptops, mobile phones, digital cameras, portable DVD players and other exciting items.



The offer is to products such as, Norton AntiVirus 2006 (Single, 3, 5 and 10 user packs), Norton Internet Security 2006 (Single and 3 user pack), Norton Personal Firewall, Norton Ghost 10.0 and Norton Save & Restore.



Interested retail partners can register with their Symantec appointed regional sub distributors, a statement said.
