When and how did you move to Cloud Business?

We are a four-year young, born in the cloud company.

What are the different Cloud services do you offer?

As an organisation, Flentas is focused on Cloud Managed Services, Cloud-native development, Cloud Consulting, Industrial IoT, DevOps adoption and implementation.

What sort of changes have you done to move to the cloud within the organisation in terms of Team, skill set, infrastructure, and others?

We have very focused teams and pods to work on various offering. All the pods have a leader to drive customer engagement and responsible for delivery.

How does Crayon Software help you to grow your business and customers?

We work with Crayon for cloud reselling. Crayon has good reach in terms of various geographies, which help us to target a specific market.

How your old and new customers adopting the new technology and moving to the cloud?

We focused on overall cloud transformation for the large enterprise customers. It starts with cloud consulting to define an overall plan and implementation strategy. We work very closely with all the technical and business stakeholder to successfully deliver the project.

How many customers you have, who are taking Cloud solutions and what are their different verticals?

Flentas has very good expertise for digital transformation in Financial Services, Gaming and Manufacturing industries. And that’s why, today our client base is spread across the world, with more than 100 customers.

What are the different challenges did you face in this journey?

Cloud has become new normal and there are many companies who are offering generic solutions on the cloud. We have faced immense competition in the early years for the company. It is very difficult to sell standard cloud offering to enterprises without niche expertise.

As the cloud is emerging technology, hiring and retaining good talent is another challenge. We had to rework on the plans due to COVID-19 pandemic, but faster decision making made us sail through it.

What is your overall growth being a cloud partner?

We are grown from 3 employees to 60 in the last 4 years. We opened an office in Dubai and exploring the middle east region as well.

What are your future goals?

As a bootstrapped company, we are running a tight ship. We want to expand and scale on current niche offerings. We are planning to explore other regions in India for direct presence.
