We offer Patient Safety oriented and Quality management systems to healthcare providers and laboratories. Our recent launch of the Ibhar EHS-Q application also enables us to provide all types of organizations with the ability to improve Workspace and Staff safety and improve their business continuity.

What sort of changes have you done to move to the cloud within the organisation in terms of Team, skill set, infrastructure, and others?

We had to adopt technology that enabled multi-tenancy (allowing multiple customers using the same virtual machine to offer the solution at lower costs) while also offering the ability to have clients have their data hosted on their own virtual machines.

We have been able to drastically to reduce the cost of deployment and ongoing service. It has also enabled us to deploy newer versions much more easily and at increased frequencies. These have brought significant value to both the customer and us. Our customers are able to get better functionality and user experience at lower costs. We have also been able to scale much faster.

What are your future goals?

We intend to be the market leader in providing Quality management and Patient safety tools out of a box to healthcare providers and medical laboratories. We believe we should acquire from a couple of thousand to about 6000 hospitals and laboratories over the next couple of years. Since our solutions are compliant with international protocols and practices, we are hoping to also scale this to other markets around the globe.
