How your old and new customers adopting the new technology and moving to the cloud?
SME segment has been very cautious in moving to the cloud. This segment always wants Data to be on-prem. During the lockdown, these clients have been forced to look into cloud offerings. With the levels of Data Security provided on various cloud platforms, we have noticed the comfort level of shifting confidential data to the cloud. Today we see a very high level of acceptance of cloud solutions among our customers.
What are the different challenges did you face in this journey?
The major challenge is the cost involved. As the on-prem customers have already invested the capital for in house servers and bandwidth, moving to the cloud has been a costly affair. Another problem has been the bandwidth at the user end. Users working from home have been affected by slow speeds of connection.
What is your overall growth being a cloud partner?
Cloud is the future and we have been seeing a huge increase in billing for Cloud offerings. I can foresee that in future Taurus maybe only a Cloud Offering Solution Company.
What are your future goals?
Our Goal is the do enable all our customers to move to the cloud. In this journey, we want Clients to know Taurus as a trusted and expert cloud solutions provider.
