The CD Media from BenQ is a 52X All Speed Media which comes with the BenQ patented DataGuard technology. With the complete knowledge of optical storage, BenQ developed DataGuard technology to effectively protect recorded data from corruption caused by heat, light, humidity and time. Under an accelerated aging test in the laboratory, DataGuard technology is proved to be able to preserve data for an equivalent of 100 years.

Speaking on this occasion, BenQ India operations country head Ashish Bakshi says, "We are happy to expand the scope of our engagement with Ingram Micro. The company with its wide network of resellers is an optimal choice for a product such as CD media and we are assured of a continued and successful partnership."

Adds Ingram Micro India's COO SP Rajguru, "We are excited about this relationship which consolidates our position as the preferred, first choice source for our customers. The BenQ brand is synonymous with superior technology and design; today with our national footprint, we hope to provide BenQ the necessary support it requires to penetrate the market and emerge as the undisputed leader."
