BenQ has introduced two new handsets–the M550G and the S830C.
The M550G weighs 79 grams and features the GPRS class 10 functionality. It has a 500 phone book memory, 20 sets of voice tags and order functions. It has an inverse LCD display with three color backlight and a talk time of 2.3 hours to 3 hours.
The phone features picture messaging, supports web downloads for poyphonic ring tones, hot key buttons for rapid action, 128 instrument own tune function, and an intuitive user interface. It displays worldwide time zone adjustment and is priced at Rs 5,450.
The S830C features the world’s smallest digital camera, which is optional, with a resolution of 20,000 pixels and a 500 phone
book record memory. Its dimensions are 87x45x19 mm3 and has an aluminum-magnesium casing.
With a talk time of 2.5 hours to 3 hours, the phone supports download for JAVA games via WAP or GPRS class 10. It has a 4096 color display screen and features MS Outlook calendar as well as phone book formats.
The mobile with the camera comes at a price of Rs 14,700 and without the camera it is available for Rs 12,450.
