Brother International offers its customers the Brother Helpline service -
Brother Express Support Team (BEST), a specially designed service, which
provides customer's with on-site help and toll-free customer service helplines -
1800 222 422 and 1800 209 8904 - to answer customer queries and offer technical
expertise. The latter number can be accessed from any landline or mobile
anywhere in the country.
BEST authorized service centers are present in 85 locations and this number
will reach 100 by the end of this fiscal year. The company's objective is to
reach out to the customer, in practically all locations across the country,
wherever Brother Products are available.
"At Brother, we like to follow all processes stringently. There is a
sound and methodical way of offering our customers excellent service and
ensuring that customer satisfaction is supreme" said Anand Kumar, General
Manager, Brother International.
"Keeping the customer - as our main motto, we have initiated the
branding of the authorized service centers, bringing support closer to the
customer. This will ensure that it becomes easy for customers to locate genuine
authorized service centers, and to re-instill the faith of customers and bring
the brand experience of Brother - At your side... closer to them" he
further added.
In addition, the company offers an on-site warranty of one year. Customers
also have the choice of buying extended warranty packs available. The customer
