Canon unveils i70 portable printer and IXUS 400 digicam 

Canon has unveiled two new products - the i70 portable camera direct printer and the IXUS 400 mega pixel digital camera.

The i70 bubble jet printer incorporates the company’s proprietary IR technology to provide print performance and portability.

It is compact, stylish and portable, and can be combined with a digicam. Targeted at photo enthusiasts, it is priced at Rs 22,995. 

The IXUS 400 is a mid-range digital camera and uses a 9-point AiAf autofocus system and single-point AF. It’s camera direct printing feature enables users to print photographs by connecting to a Canon printer without a PC interface.

It has a 3x optical zoom, 11x combined digital zoom, intelligent orientation sensor and an enhanced movie mode. It also has a compact flash type I memory card and comes with a waterproof case, submersible to 40 m. It is targeted at lifestyle consumers and is priced at Rs 49,995.
