Being a global IT Infrastructure service provider, Mindlance manages, optimizes
and automates IT operation for its Fortune 1000 clients spread across the globe.
The company believes in becoming technology partners for its clients in terms of
providing them most out of their existing IT infrastructure, by delivering the
solutions, which are focused on reducing operational costs and maximizing the
availability and performance of their IT infrastructure. The company offers both
traditional at-site delivery model as well as futuristic remote infrastructure

Current IT infrastructure: Mindlance has two delivery and business
centers in Bengaluru and one in New Delhi. Each of the centers is capable of
executing large and mission critical projects. Mindlance datacenters are
equipped with HP, IBM servers, Cisco and SmoothWall products. The entire IT
infrastructure is governed by ITIL framework with a centralized service desk
serving across the globe. The company also does end-computing, which consists of
tablet PCs, desktops, laptops and mobile devices. Mindlance is equipped with
Microsoft and Unix platforms, datacenters are designed to serve in a redundant
way and are scalable. Being a RIMS provider Mindlance infrastructure has been
designed to meet global IT security standards.

IT infrastructure for 2010: Mindlance is planning to expand its
datacenters and will introduce more security and enterprise computing services
products into their portfolio this year. The company, in its expansion plans, is
building a robust infrastructure across tier-one and tier-two cities in the near
future.

Current system suppliers: The company has tied up all the major
players in the industry from IBM, HP, Cisco to SmoothWall, D-Link and Canon.

Desired qualities: IT partners should be flexible and well-equipped
