Proposed IT infrastructure for 2007
Rashi would continue to invest in its networking and connectivity this year as
well. The idea is to connect all vendors and partners into their system as soon
as possible. So its ERP and SAP implementations would be integrated on to the
partner systems to enable ease of transaction. Also, Rashi would provide
partners with the required hardware infrastructure, be it servers or PCs.
Current systems suppliers
Systems for Rashi come from its own in-house production as also from other
vendors like HP and Lenovo. HP and Lenovo especially supply assembled PCs and
notebooks.
Qualities they look for in a supplier
Their suppliers must ensure quality of the product delivered, offer timely
deliveries of all products and also good after-sales and support services.
