Current IT infrastructure

Data Infosys has in place an IT infrastructure that comprises chiefly of servers, routers, switches and server systems. Additionally, it has provided its employees a network of PCs and other IT tools required for daily transactions over the Internet. Also available are the facilities that enable DSL, ISDN, WLL and leased circuits.

The company also has software tools for development of solutions for VPN, Extranet, Internet, network solutions, and e-commerce including payment gateway. It has deployed voice over Internet protocol (VoIP), wireless application protocol, unified messaging services, call center applications and transcription software.

Proposed IT infrastructure

In order to meet its customer’s growing needs, Data Infosys is looking at expanding its IT hardware infrastructure and getting in place the most updated software. On the anvil is deployment of on-premises applications and servers, besides upgradation of existing software. This would enable the company to provide its customer’s services in the areas of web technology and software consultancy. Suppliers also must have considerable working experience in the Indian market so that they can generate valuable references. The most important factor contributing to the success of Data Infosys is the mutual trust between the client, team and the management of the company, so suppliers must fall in line to meet these needs.
