Computer and Media Dealers Association (CMDA) Pune has announced dates for
its ninth exhibition from 21 to 24 of December. The four-day event will be held
at the Saakhar Sankul Ground at Shivaji Nagar, a suburb in Pune.
"The special feature this year is a zone for employment opportunities
available in the field of information technology including the software and
hardware domain. The candidates can drop-in their resumes at the interested
domain related company," informed Naresh Lalwani, Convener, CMDA Exhibition
Committee.
"The exhibition area will be broadly classified into two pavilions. The
first will be called as SI Zone dedicated to systems integrators (SIs) and the
second zone will be open space for vendors," said Lalwani. There will in
all 20 open pavilions and 65 SI stalls. The other regular features like free
Wi-fi will be provided.
The event will also witness a series of seminar from the affluent names in
the industry sharing their knowledge, experience and advice with the
participants and will be open to all. "With two seminars per day, there
will be in all eight seminars for four days covering various topics in IT,"
informed Lalwani.
"The target audience for the expo is corporate, SOHO, SMB and students
community. With pune being home to many students, we are expecting a good
turnout of students at the event," explained Lalwani.
The event will conclude with a small award function. The award categories
will be of best stall, enthusiastic marketing personnel and alike.
