Cognizant has been named one of the top providers of Finance and Accounting Digital Outsourcing (FAO) services by Information Services Group (ISG), a leading independent global technology and research advisory firm.
The ISG Provider Lens™ FAO Digital Outsourcing Services Archetype Report assessed 19 FAO providers serving the U.S. market on their ability to address the requirements of five typical, frequently encountered enterprise buyer archetypes. Cognizant was highlighted as a leader in all five that were evaluated: transaction service buyers, automation implementers, transformation-oriented buyers, holistic buyers and vertically focused buyers.
“The digital revolution is rapidly transforming the finance and accounting function, with enterprises embracing such technologies as cloud, automation, analytics and blockchain to gain real-time – and predictive – insights into business performance and to streamline work,” said Esteban Herrera, Partner and Global Leader of ISG Research. “Cognizant’s digital expertise and forward-thinking capabilities across industries provides CFOs with the tools necessary to transform their businesses into agile organizations and improve customer experience.”
