COMPASS (Computer Association of Eastern India) has inaugurated its new office in Kolkata in order to carry out its activities with efficiency and to connect its members to their clients easily.

Neeraj Agrawal, President said on the occasion of the inauguration of this office, "We are delighted and thrilled to announce the inauguration of COMPASS's (Computer Association of Eastern India) new office on September 22, 2023, in the heart of the city, right in the middle of the Computer Market at GC Avenue and Chandni area. We have created a state-of-the-art conference room capable of accommodating up to 60 people, along with a smaller conference room that can comfortably seat 16 individuals. In addition, we have established five private chambers, each capable of hosting 5 to 10 people."

This new office provides COMPASS representatives and members with the convenience of conducting both small and large seminars on its own premises. President Neeraj Agrawal emphasised that this office has made COMPASS self-sufficient by offering conference rooms and small meeting spaces to companies for their meetings, conferences, product launches, training sessions, and more at a nominal cost.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by the presence of COMPASS' past presidents, including K.L. Lalani, Arun Jalan, Pawan Jajodia, Alok Garodia, Pradeep Biyani ,Rajesh Saboo, P.L. Suhasaria, , Sanjay Chajjer, and President Neeraj Agrawal, alongside other distinguished members.

COMPASS is an association of IT entrepreneurs of Eastern India that has been fostering the sustainable growth of the IT industry since 1996. Being headquartered at Kolkata, it has 450+ members across Eastern India.

COMPASS actively works and lobbies with both State and Central Government on policy and other relevant issues in the interest of the industry. Through its various initiatives, it has been facilitating in cohesive coordination among stakeholders, improving market reach, competitiveness and expanding business opportunities.

COMPASS is actively involved in organising trade shows, seminars, conference, workshops and industry relevant events. In addition, some of the fellowship events including the Annual Cricket Carnival and Diwali Meet are among the most awaited ones. In addition, COMPASS also actively participate in industry specific events of other associations.
