Corsair announces Upcountry Direct warranty service program

New Delhi: Corsair announced Upcountry Direct service aimed at cutting warranty turnaround times (TAT) in upcountry territories to under five days for Corsair's DRAM, PSU, USB and CPU coolers products.

“With Upcountry Direct, even the remotest of Corsair customers can now enjoy the same five day TAT warranty services enjoyed by those in major cities,” commented Shane Dennison, Sales Manager-Asia, Corsair. “This will obviously be a big cost and time saver for customers who previously had to make a long commute into one of Corsair's 23 service centers nationwide,” he added.

Upcountry Direct allows Corsair's upcountry customers to directly register and process warranty RMA by calling toll free 1-800-4255464 or emailing indiaservice@corsair.com. Customers can then simply courier the RMA product directly to Corsair service center in Bengaluru and wait for a new replacement product to be delivered within five days.
