Corsair slashes warranty replacement time to under 24hrs

Bengaluru : Corsair Memory has recently organized 'dedicated dealers meet' in Bengaluru and Cochin to announce immediate over-the-counter warranty replacement in Bengaluru and sub 24 hour replacement in Cochin.



"The new 24 hour express replacement service was well received by our Bengaluru and Cochin sales partners. We further boosted the
channel's confidence by outlining a product strategy to profit in this challenging economic environment by offering a Corsair product mix that maximizes margins while still offering good sales volumes with the Corsair Voyager USB drive, DDR2 800 gaming memory (XMS), and new DDR3 for Intel Core i7 at the core of this
strategy," commented Shane Dennison, Asia Sales Manager, Corsair. ".



On the warranty replacement time, MA Mannan, Country Manager, Corsair India said,
"Across our 23 service centers nationwide, Corsair's replacement lead-time is averaging five days, which has been a huge source of satisfaction for our channel
partners."



In partnership with Kaizen Infoserve, Corsair offers service and warranty across 23 centers nationwide, and products are distributed in India by national distributors Tirupati Enterprises and Inspan Infotech.
