CoVisible Solutions unveils document management system

Pune-based software firm CoVisible Solutions has introduced a web-based
document management system called FAMS (File Approval-n-Management System), for
small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The software has a built-in workflow
engine, which can be customized to suit organizational workflow needs. FAMS can
be used for routing documents and applications, scanning and document indexing.

FAMS is based on multi-tier architecture to facilitate development of other
useful software on top of it like Employee Self Service applications, Lien
Placement applications, and Engineering Drawing Management applications and so
on. Currently FAMS is being used by organizations with more than 50 employees
and is integrated with TWAIN compatible scanners, Biometric devices and Radio
Frequency Identifiers (RFID) to cater to different business needs.

FAMS is developed on top of a patent-pending framework called CoServer.
