Cyberoam has announced a 24*7 dedicated
Partner Portal to reinforce the operational capabilities of its
channel base in India. The portal has been designed to provide easy
and fast access to sales and marketing resources along with technical
support, which Cyberoam partners regularly need to serve their
customers and grow their security business. The portal contains case
studies, whitepapers and other necessary marketing collaterals apart
from lead generation tools and technical/training support.

Operations-India and SAARC, “Through this partner portal, our
vision is to strengthen existing relationships with partners and
assist them in time. Partners can also send in their request for
timely execution of sales promotion and lead-generation activities
including mailing, tele-calling, joint advertising etc.” He adds,

technical queries faster. In addition, for partners seeking training
and certification, the portal allows a glimpse into CCNSP training
schedules, modules, updates and certification processes. They can
seek resolution for technical queries through dedicated Cyberoam
resources.
