Bengaluru: In order to make its warranty support infrastructure even more accessible to partners and customers alike, D-Link plans to locate its RMA centers closer to the IT hubs in all major cities. It has started off by opening its new renovated return merchandise authorization (RMA) center at SP Road, Bengaluru.
D-Link has also recently inaugurated its second RMA center in Nehru Place in New Delhi and plans to launch a second RMA center in Mumbai's Lamington Road.
Balgond Chougula, Assistant VP-Services, D-Link India said, “The decision to move our RMA centers closer to IT hubs in various metros was taken based on the constant feedback of our partners. This saves partners time and efforts of picking up the products. We are relocating our existing ones closer to the respective IT centers, for instance in Kolkata, Secundrabad and Chennai, the company has already moved its RMA centers to Chandni Market, Chenoy Trade Center and Richie Street, respectively.”
Venkatesh Kamath, Assistant VP-Operations South, D-Link India said, “We believe in servicing our customers' needs in the quickest possible time. The availability of technical support center in Bengaluru will certainly help strengthening the sales efforts made by our distributor, dealers and resellers.”
D-Link presently has 18 RMA centers across the country.
