D-Link India records 68.75% growth during Apr-Dec, 2012

D-Link (India) announced the unaudited financial result for the quarter and 9 months ended December 31, 2012 at its recently held board meeting.

Highlights of the Result:

  • Net sales grew at 68.75% for 9 months ended 2012-13 at Rs 253.99 crore
  • Company registered 108.5% rise in net profit for 9 months ended 2012-13 at Rs 8.44 crore
  • Net sales for Q3, 2012-13 was at Rs 90.25 crore with 48.15% growth
  • Net profit for Q3, 2012-13 stood at Rs 3.56 crore, witnessing a surge of 176.83%

Commenting on the astounding results, Tushar Sighat, CEO, D-Link (India) said, "We have successfully managed to deliver consistent growth quarter over quarter even under volatile market situation. Our strategy and committed focus enabled us to record relentless growth along with improved revenue productivity."

He further added, "It was indeed our enhanced emphasis on enterprise segment since last couple of quarters that helped us yield such positive result. We have successfully managed to make in-roads in Government, large corporate segment for our enterprise offerings. Our surveillance solutions were in huge demand with wide acceptance from various industry verticals. Further the boom in smartphone segment enabled us to position our complementing product line like mydlink, Mobile Companion and 3G effectively in consumer space. At the same time our channel partners also continue to contribute and be an integral part of our success story."

Moving ahead the company will continue with its focus on enterprise, SME/SMB and consumer segment. Following the recent launch of some dazzling cloud enabled consumer products at CES 2013, D-Link India will continue with its endeavor to make it easier than ever for users to access all their personal files, share with important people, and view their homes or other desired locations, from any mobile device or PC, no matter when or where.
