Dax launches Help Dax for support

Dax Networks inaugurated its toll-free helpdesk in
Chennai, which will provide higher levels of support to its existing and prospective customers. 11 technical executives and customer support representatives will initially service it.



Commenting on the launch of the Helpdesk, K Surendar, Country Manager, Dax Networks said, "The increased demand for Dax products and the need to provide a faster response for our high quality technical support, necessitated this investment. The opening of this center also re-emphasizes

our commitment to all our customers in India."



The helpdesk would service technology, logistics and service queries. While the CRM software deployed would ensure accuracy in problem identification, the toll-free line would ensure real-time response.



The Helpdesk would assist in handling queries from distributors, dealers and all Dax approved partners. The toll free number is 1-800-4255-Dax.
