Dell India has organized a series of ‘Solutions for Success' events in 10 cities of India namely Hyderabad, Surat, Aurangabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Rajkot, Nasik, Raipur and Mumbai in association with the respective partners. The aim of these events was to empower the Dell partners to better address their customers' requirements. The campaign enabled Dell's partners in engaging their customers with respect to the key solutions that Dell provides. The events saw a noteworthy participation of mid-market, government, education and large enterprise customers in India. This event series initiative was taken to enable partners to jointly address the customer pain points with Dell solutions.
The company recognizes channel as an integral part of their business hence they are continuously and proactively taking an extra step for their partner community to help in business development.
Talking about this commitment, Ajay Kaul, director and GM, global commercial, India stated, "These kinds of event series indicates strong commitment from Dell to enable our partner with the power to do more. Talking about the company's plans Kaul re-iterated, "Today, not only large enterprise but also the medium business, have immense need to invest in Enterprise Solutions and they also understand the importance of implementing them to their business. But most of these businesses do not know which exact solutions that they should be deploying- keeping this challenge in mind we have designed ‘Solutions for Success' events in various cities of India which aim at educating our customers on the solutions we offer and also giving our channel partners a chance of connecting better with the end-customers."
